Since the Internet reaches around the world, it has no one busiest time of the day. Due to time zones all over the world, the net flourishes 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I suppose the heaviest traffic could be during the evening as there may be more North American users than other countries?

Peak Internet usage hours tend to include: Local office business hours (9am to 5pm); roughly an hour after most children arrive home from school (3pm to 5pm); during or after significant or notable events, such as highly anticipated and heavily marketed televised sports or award ceremonies. Also, Internet Service Providers usually choose early morning hours to do disruptive network maintenance.

Well, you could break it down by time zone. Like Mountain, Central. and Eastern. That would help a lot.
