When cooking ribs you want to make sure that the meat is cooked thoroughly, but that it is not overcooked, charred or burnt. 350 degrees for 2 hours works well.

I go with 275 degrees, covered. Hot enough to cook, but not enough to dry out the meat. Ribs need long cooking times for the meat to be tender.

Slow roasting ribs brings out the best flavor. Preheat your home oven to 350 degrees and roast racks in a large, shallow pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Low heat and slow cook, 200 to 225 is the ideal cooking temperature for your ribs. This temp. leaves the meat tender and fall of the bone.
