What is the history of the Chicago Cubs?

The Chicago Cubs have not won a World Series in over 100 years. There is the Billy Goat Curse. During the 1945 World Series the owner of the Billy Goat Tavern was asked to leave Wrigley Field. He supposedly cursed the Cubs that they would never win a World Series.

The chicago cubs where founded in 1870 . In 1907 and 1908 they won 2 world series. They have a billygoat curse supposedly put on them in 1945 and because of this they have not won a world series since. This and the fact the owners are being cheap and not paying good players . The cheapskate owner curse.
