Scafell Pike rises up 3,209 ft (978 metres) in Cumbria, northwestern England. It was donated to the National Trust in 1919 and makes up a part of the Lakes District. Climbing it, Ben Nevis in Scotland, and Snowden in Wales is one-third of the National Three Peak Challenge. The mountain peak is very rocky.
