What is the format to use when you write lesson plans?

1. You need a title that will serve as a reference for yourself. 2. Objectives you want to reach. (use your curriculum) 3. Material you will need. (such as crayons, play-doh) 4. A step by step outline of the lesson. (this is the teacher's guide-line) 5. You must include any copy that needs to be handed out to students.

Your school determines the format that will be used; it is standard throughout the school system, used by all teachers and subs. Check with your principal. You should be provided a computer with all the software for your lesson plans.
