The easiest way would be to get or borrow a cat. Cats will hunt and kill the mice very quickly. If you don't want to have a cat do it you can also get mice traps. There are different kinds of mouse traps, some kill the mice immediately, some are live traps.

To get rid of mice would be to try to cage in the mice. Bring some good cage, fix some food in it and get the mice trapped.

You need to put traps down to get rid of them. That would be the only way to get rid of them. You may need more than one trp though.
