If it is not thrush then you do not need antibiotics, so try brushing your tongue with a special tongue brush at least three times a day.

One of the easiest was to get rid of yeast on the tongue is by eating plain non-flavored yogurt. The cultures in the yogurt help destroy the yeast cultures on the tounge.
