The fastest way to burn calories is to perform intense cardio-vascular exercise, such as running or biking. There isn't really a healthy shortcut to burning calories. Your best bet is to simply burn calories by working out at the gym on the treadmill. You could also go for a jog where you live.

The best way that i find to lose calories is to watch your food intake and also to exercise. Exercising is very important. You'll lose calories in no time flat.
