What is the fast five diet?

I need to understand what it involves, what foods to eat etc.

This diet is not a balanced, sensible diet in my view. There are no list of actual foods that you are encouraged to eat. The plan work by fasting for 19 hours with a five hour window in which you can eat. Exercise is encouraged but not vital. Not the easiest of diets.

It involves eating for five hours. Not constantly mind you but eat your calorie intake for five hours and nothing else. You only eat for five hours a day. You can eat just about anything. You average about a pound a week. However it is not evenly spaced out, sometimes two pounds one week and zero the next week.
