This diet consist of learning to prepare and eat proper foods along with gentle exercise and learning about the medical conditions that can occur from being overweight.

It's a 43 day program. You are suppose to be able to loose 1 - 2 Lbs. per day. You can choose to follow the traditional Duke diet or the low carbohydrate diet.
