Appropriate dosage of Infants' Tylenol is determined using the chart on the medication box. For infants less than 23 months old or 23 pounds, consult a pediatrician. Infant medication is often more concentrated that the adult versions because it can be difficult to get children to take medicine. For 2-3 year old children, give 1.6ml of Infants' Tylenol Concentrated Drops.

First, Tylenol is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. At that point you should contact your doctor. If you Google "Tylenol children's dosage guide" the first result will give you the table put out by the company itself that gives the proper dosage for its different products.

7 milligrams per pound of bodyweight Example: a 22-pound child would get 154 mg.This is about one-teaspoon of children's liquid. This dose can be given every 4hours,or realistically, 5times a day.
