Tylenol should not effect ovulation. If you haven't ovulated you may be pregnant. You can buy a test to figure it out.

Tylenol or paracetamol is usually considered safe for women of reproductive age group and does not affect ovulation unless in a rare individual an idiosyncratic reaction may pose some problem.

No, tylenol does not have an effect on your period. Other things such as stress, diet, sleep, etc can effect it instead. Other forms of acetaminophen also do not have an effect.

There had been reports in that Tylenol had mild effects on estrogen levels, thus effecting ovulation. However, Tylenol is acetaminophen which is a mild pain reliever. Excessive acetaminophen can cause liver damage, but probably not effect ovulation.

Tylenol has no effect on if you ovulate or not, there are many medications that can help in ovulation or delay it, however tylenol is not one of them.
