Typically, women's shoe sizes will run 2 sizes behind men's. Meaning if the size is a 10 in men's it will be about an 8 in women's, depending on manufacturer.

The Fit. Men's Clothing is made for broader shoulders, longer torsos and other features males have. Women's Clothing is made to accommodate breasts, curves and a smaller frame. If you are a Woman you could buy Men's clothes. It would just be a loose fit.
