A guarantee is a promise of seller to a buyer to completely replace the item/article or product. Warranty covers only repair of the article. Guarantee is more in manufacture, Warranty is more in distribution and reselling parts. Example, a company manufacture a scooter gives manufacture guarantee,where as, some reseller resells the products will use warranty.

Guarantee means the assurance given to the person by the other who has already used that product or not. If the product damaged or malfunction, the company will replace that old one. This is known as warranty.
