A Master of Science is different from an MBA in that they are two different types of masters degrees. MBA stands for Masters of Business Administration. Students would select whether they wanted to study a course of science or business, and then choose their degree program accordingly. Students in each program would take very different courses.

A Master of Science is a graduate degree, usually in one of the sciences, like Physics or Computer Science. An MBA is a Masters of Business Administration.

Both of these are Master's degrees. MBA stands for Master of Business Administration only, while Master of Science is much broader. Anyone who obtains a Master of Science will do so in a specific field (like an undergraduate major) such as Chemistry, Biology, Library Science (I have one of those), etc.

Master of science is a study of a certain thing or a subject or a study in oneparticular field. but MBA is a study of business administration. We can organize the whole team of members and we are always the head in an organization. Though both are master studies a difference is always available.
