In a clickwrap contract, an individual agrees to the terms of the contract before being made aware of the contract's terms. Clickwrap contracts are commonly associated with software. In Browserap contracts, which are associated with e-commerce, an individual agrees to terms that are found on a linked page- which they have the option to read or not read before "signing. "

Clicwrap contracts online agreements require an action, such as an "I accept" button. Browsewrap contracts presume agreement, but to view, one must click on a "Terms" link.

Click traps require you to click and accept the terms and agreement, while using browse traps you agree just by browsing the site.

The two types of contracts can be very tricky to discern between. You really should contact an experienced attorney to help you with this question.
