What is the difference between 110 volt, 115 volt, and120 volt?

There pretty much is no difference between the three. All three are nominal voltages and for all intents and purposes they are the same. The only time you would worry about them would be when selecting light bulbs. If the voltage at the fixture was 120v you would not want to install a 115v lamp.

These voltages are considered nominal in the eletrcial trade as they vary from utility. Years ago utilities could only generate 110 volts and as the load demand increased so did the supplied nominal voltage. Currently the vast majority of utilities generate between 115 and 127 volts nominal.

A 110 volt is much smaller then a 115 volt and 120 volt. A 120 is the brightest of the three and a 110 is the dullest of the three
