The first line of a paragraph should be indented one inch, and all subsequent lines in the paragraph shouldn't be indented. Leave a blank line before and after the paragraph.

It has to have at least one sentence. It has to discuss only one subject. It should have perfect spelling. It has to be understandable, and be easy to read. Clarity is very important. A person can even use spell checker if necessary. Most programs have them. This is the best way.
