What is the cooking time for bone-in chicken thighs?

For the average chicken thigh at room temperature baked at 350 degrees it should take about 35-45 minutes. Or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees.

I always cook them at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for around 40 minutes. Since bone-in chicken thighs are dark meat, they are a lot harder to make dry, like you could with a breast.

I make my chicken thighs in my electric fry pan. I usually takes about 1 hr. at 300. I turn often. i also cook then with stewed tomatoes and white kdney beans. This is a great dish and I serve it often. Chicken thighs are inexpensive. I also use them when I make soup.
