The chemistry of anger deals with neurotransmitters in the brain, which in this case happen to be located in the amygdala which is responsible for the processing of memory and emotional reactions. We do not know of any one particular neurotransmitter that is directly responsible for anger, but it's safe to assume that norepinephrine and epinephrine play a large role.

Humans routinely ingest or inhale chemicals that increase irritability and lead to destructive anger. Coffee is an example, as well as drugs.
