Colby, remember that when you fiddle with the stock tires and settings your drive and handling will change significantly. make sure you're comfy with this. I assume that your Chevy HD is out of warranty, as such mods on your tires and the super lift could void the warranty.

Any tire and accessory shop will do the calculation for you and tell you what is best and also safe. Tell 'em your requirements and they will crunch the numbers and tell you the best tires for your Chevy HD with your planned super lift.

The stock tires for the 2001 Chevy HD are LT245/75R16E for both the front and the rear. With a superlift you can get thicker tires and if you change the wheel rim you can get larger tires with more diameter.
