Since the copyright laws prevent copying of Xbox games, this is really the wrong place to post questions like this. Try a hacker board.

An unmodified console can't read copied games. Modding your console will cause you to be banned from xbox live. For a modified original Xbox the best software to use is dvd2xbox. For a 360 you need CloneCD and a patcher to make the copy playable.
