Xbox games are using encrypted so that it makes it hard to copy/backup. However, there are hardware and software mods that you may look up on a search engine that will allow you to do this.
The Microsoft corporation answer would be that you cannot. This is illegal and violates copyright issues. If you were to do this, you would need a modded xbox and software.
While Xbox games can be copied to a Dvd using a computer program, It is not recommended as the game will most likely not work on a Xbox and it could also damage the disc
