The best way to find someone can be using their first and last name and running a google search. Even if you just use their age and first name could help you find them. If you know the general city as well that helps. Facebook will also be a pretty good tool to use to find someone.

Unless you want to join a high school classmates site, you can always join Facebook to see if the friend is there. A lot of people are on that site these days. You could also contact the school and see when the next reunion will be, or just look the person's name and age up.
