Olympic Cleaning solution is ideal for getting stains off a Trex material deck, especially typical stains like mold, food, and algae. It is a bleach-based solution, so note that it may fade the color of your deck somewhat. Be sure to test the solution in an inconspisuous location before applying to your entire deck.

A decent scrub brush and a really good cleaner should do the trick. Just scrub it with some warm water until it comes clean.

This can be done by using conventional or general cleaning procedures like brushing the surfaces with hot water with detergent soap. If these are tough stains, the use of non-chlorine detergent containing phosphoric or oxalic acid is advisable. It is advisable to apply this for ten to twenty minutes and then rinse.
