What is the best way to remove stains on clothes?

My kids get all kinds of stains.

This really depends on the cause of the stain and the type of fabric that it is on. Products like Tide's stain remover and other pre-wash treatments help keep the stains from permanently bonding to the fabric. For stains in whites, make sure to use the recommended amount of bleach.

To remove oil stains from clothes, put some talcum powder on the stain and keep it over night, wash it next day. You can use "Tide to go" pen, really effective.

It depends on the type of fabric and the type of stain. The trick is to get to it quickly or pre-treat the stain if you can't wash right away.

Pick up a bottle of OxyClean in the pump bottle. Saturate stains (food, blood, grass stains, mystery stains) and let sit for 20 minutes. Then toss in the laundry with detergent and launder as usual. You'll be amazed.
