You can't reduce weight from a specific area but bikram yoga works and tones down the stomach well. Also, watch what you eat. Reduce carbs, your stomach will get flatter.

You can't spot-reduce your weight. What you can do is focus on burning fat all over your body. This can be done by improving your overall cardio, so start walking, running, swimming, or running.

Spot training, or losing weight in one area, is not possible. Doing substantial cardio will help you loose weight all over, including the waist.

You have to find the right balance between a healthy diet and exercise. Find something that works best for you. Not all diets work for everyone. You need to be dedicated or it won't work.
