Your best chance is to take a few spanish courses at your local college, you can also travel to a spanish country like Spain, the best place to learn, or if you have friends, have them teach you the correct pronunciations. Spanish is very easy to learn, but it is best to go slow.

From experience, best way is to watch Spanish television or original movies. Whether it's Spanish from Spain or let's say Argentina just watch (pay close attention to the way their mouths are shaped when forming words), listen carefully and try to reproduce. Practice practice practice

The best way to learn how to pronounce words correctly is to hear someone saying them, correctly obviously. If you do not know anyone who speaks Spanish you could buy a 'teach yourself' Spanish book and CD/ CD rom. Or look on the internet as there are several language learning websites.
