You would want to build a structure with load bearing trusses and plywood. Then apply peel and stick waterproofing membrane and then nail fasten ceramic tile down.

I think that the best way to install ceramic tile roof over your deck would be to make a wooden frame which would support wooden planks. So basically you make a wooden roof. On the prepared flat surface you can start laying ceramic tiles in the same way as you put them in the bathroom.
