Most people own a portable device to assist with directions. Just make sure to give the correct address for people to input into them. Another idea is to use simple directions from the main freeway exit. People coming from one direction and the other can both use them.

The best way going about making a map for a reception site would be to get clear directions from someone who knows the area well. This includes maybe a family member or even someone who works at the reception site. Make sure you make clear landmarks on the actual map and also leave a working number just in case.

You might consider going to the internet and finding a map of the location on mapsearch. This will have the address marked with the major roads around it and should be a good starting point for the guests. If you want to draw your own map for easier reference you can use the internet map as a starting point.
