It is best not to use a vacume cleaner but instead use a duster of some kind that is dry without using any chemicals. Occasionally you may want to mop with warm water.

Mop the floor with a regular dust mop, also try using a little hot water to clean the floors. Do not use any chemical cleaners, these could damage the floor.

Mop the floor with a regular dust mop, not product. Use stone soap for a big cleaning. After wet mopping, dry mop to eliminate streaks.

You should clean travertine floors only with a formula especially made for stone floors and hot water. Dry with a soft cotton towel.

well i have travertine floors too and i can tell you that i use hot water and a mop or by hand for the first 4 years or so.
