To whiten porcelain, the best thing to use is good old elbow grease. Very diluted bleach works well, but you have to be cautious with bleach and procelain. There is also a product called Awesome, that can be found in most dollar stores and it works amazing on porcelain. Use some sort of softer scour brush, you dont want scratches.

The whitening of your floor can be accomplished by using a bleach and water cleaning. You will need a good mop and bucket. 1 part bleach and 2 parts water.

Try a solution of two parts water, one part bleach. Apply it to the floor and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes, then rinse well with plenty of clean water. Dry it well to avoid any streaking or spots. Do not use scrub pads on the floor as it may scratch the tile.

The first step I would take is to get the floor slightly wet, and cover it in Clorox. Be sure to use gloves. Using a scour pad, scrub the entire floor. Rinse well and dry thoroughly. Then go over the entire floor again with a bleach and water solution, still wearing gloves!

Try using vinegar, leave this on for 20 - 30 minutes then wipe off. If that dont work, wear some old clothes and use bleach water.
