Looks like you are going to need Tilex Mold and Mildew Remover. Spray it on, wait a bit, and then go over it with a bristle brush. Rinse away and you should be good!

First I clean the grout with a good steam cleaner to kill the mold. Then I put make a paste with a bleach cleaner, like Bartender's Friend. I put the paste on the spots and let it sit for about an hour and voila - white grout!

To get the little black dots out, I usually get a clorox spray bottle and use on it. If that doesn't work, get one that cleans mold or mildew. There are many different brands out there and all seem to do same. If nothing works, replace the grout and seal.

I have found that using an old toothbrush and bleach is the best way to clean grout. There is stuff at the store that I have never got to work.
