The easiest way to blow up a balloon is by using a Ballon floor Pump. A Balloon Floor Pump weighs about 6 lbs. and stands about two and a half feet high and is an excellent way to fill up balloons with regular air very quickly.

Before you put the balloon to your mouth to blow it up give it a good couple of stretches. Makes the balloon more elastic and easier to blow up.
