The newer video cameras such as the webbie and most of the new hard drive video cameras are better for uploading to Youtube. They are set up so you can hook up with the USB cable and directly upload to Youtube.

There is no one best video camera. Check consumer reports, find a camera in your price range, and do some research on the camera to see the ups and downs of each model. Digital cameras in general take excellent video for youtube uploads. It's all about researcning the lenses.
