This will depend on where you are flying out of. You may have more choices if you fly during Alaska's tourist season which is there summer. Many airlines have limited time they fly to Anchorage.

Best time to fly to Anchorage is low season which is from October through April. However if you want to go during high season it is between June through. It is better to travel in low season as you will pay considerably less for your airline ticket. There is a not huge difference in weather during the year.

According to travel websites, the best time of year to travel to Alaska any part of it is between june 15 and july 15 as the temperatures and weather are at its best then.
