                                                           Your question brings to mind a Latin expression, "De gustibus non disputatum est" or of tastes there can be no argument. In other words taste is a very personal experience and what one person may enjoy, another may detest. Fish meat generally falls into two categories: oily and dry. I agree that salmon is great tasting, but I prefer it grilled. about salmon being the best tasting fish - I personally wouldn't go that far. There are some fish from the northern Adriatic Sea that I don't think have English translations that are positively divine! add a comment
