Soap is not the answer to this problem. You need to see a doctor for an anti-biotic cream or suppository.

The best soap for bacterial vaginosis is one that is not scented or perfumey. Scented tampons should not be used either if you have a bacterial Vaginosis. Soaps with tea tree oil has had positive results on people who suffer from bacterial vaginosis. Make sure you are not allergic to tea tree oil before using though
