How do they treat recurrent bacterial vaginosis?

It can be treated using antibiotics administered orally.The antibiotic metranidazole is administered for a period of seven days.It can also be administered by vaginal using metranidazole gel.Even after treating using the antibiotics there is possibility of recurrence.

Yuck! Yes, this condition can reoccur if not treated possibly. Caused by some diseases such as diabetes, or lax hygiene, a doctor can treat vaginosis with antibiotics and special vaginal gels. It's best to finish the treatments to prevent reoccurence.

Noy normally and if you have one that does you need to get more agressive with the doctor where your treatment is concerned they can have long term effects if allowed to continue and they will cause trouble other places as well and trust me you do not want that to happen.
