What is the best restaurant in Mt. Fuji?

There are no restaurants that are in Mt. Fuji. In fact, when I did a Google search I kept getting Mt. Fuji restaurants in the United States and the United Kingdom and not any restaurants that are near Mt. Fuji in Japan. So, I would suggest eating at restaurants away from Mt. Fuji.

The best places to eat near Mt. Fuji are the hotel restaurants that provide food and drink to the tourists and climbers who flock to the area. Every hotel offers a full-service restaurant and many have cafes and coffee shops as well. Box lunches or Bento, can be ordered at your hotel or picked up in the cafes.
