I would suggest the best place for a stickman lawnmower tattoo is on the abdomen just above the pubic hair. The point is that it looks like the stickman is mowing the hair.

One of the best I have seen is at the pubic hair area, like he is cutting the hair down there. Just keep it shaved where the lawn mower has been, it looks cool and a great conversation
