What is the best nutrition for your body?

Everyone has different requirements and ideally you should consult a nutritionist. General rules of thumb are to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, keep portions of meat small, drink water instead of soda, stay away from fast food, eat breakfast. Exercise also plays a role in nutrition, so at the very least go for a walk every day.

A well-balanced diet and overall change in lifestyle will leave you feeling energized and satisfied with how you look.

In my opinion, it should be calcium or collagen since either of them has lost much with time.Have milk every day and take some related tablets.
