i have facial hair and i have been using hair removal for sensitive skin,threading is good and last longer than any other method. if you want permanent do laser.

Probably electrolysis. In most cases it is permanent and practically pain free. Some women have to go have it done a few times but most agree it's worth it. If you can't afford it, the little buff pads sold for hair removal are supposed to be good too. Of course with this method the hair grows back.

I think bleaching works best, because shaving, waxing, and plucking can irritate the skin and cause red or purple bumps or a rash. Use a facial bleach that is a weak enough volume that it won't harm your skin.

As a woman myself, I've found the best facial hair removals are the cremes that you put on for a few moments and remove. Shaving can leave bumps or irritation.
