What is the best flat enamel paint?

rustoleum. cheap beautiful covers a lot of surface and gives a good professional finish. I recently painted my car with this stuff and you cant tell the difference in my job and a professionals. this is by far the best paint i have used for any project and there are many colors to chose from.

Benjamin Moore, it cost a little more but it does the job with one coat. I little more information on what it will be used for would help.
