What is the best exercise to get rid of a baby pouch when you had a c-section?

I was told there is nothing I can do as I had multiples and my skin is too stretched out.

It is hard, but not impossible. You need muscle hypertrophy (increase the size of your muscles) to fill in the stretched out skin. Do bodybuilding workouts and weighted abdominal work.

The advice you got was accurate- you can't spot-reduce. Getting in better shape overall and strengthening your core muscles MAY help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

There is no specific exercise to get rid of a pouch, but you can strengthen the muscles in your stomach and abs by doing abdominal and core exercises. Eat right and do cardio, and eventually the baby pouch will get smaller and the muscles will start to show more because there isn't fat blocking it.

I would say that old fashion sits up would be the best work out, or perhaps swimming would be a good good work out
