I personally think that the best curl enhancer is any type of spray gel. I have never used Be Curly, nor have I ever heard of it but if it is a gel based product it likely works good.

Be curly is pretty good but you can find other curl enhancers that are just as effective or moreso for a lot less. Try Loreal's Lasting Curls or TIGI's Catwalk Curls Rock. Everyone's hair is different so some products will work better for you than others.
