My lower back has been hurting. I want to get the best treatment. Should I go to a chiropractor, get acupuncture, or what?

The "best treatment" is the one that works for you. Chiropractic can be effective, depending on the cause of the back pain. Strain, injury, obesity and/or arthritis may be involved, so make sure the cause is treated, too.

Yes chiropractor's are very good but I would also go get a back massage at a licensed massage palor they seem to help my back alot.

Start by visiting your general practitioner to rule out any serious problems. In the meantime, apply heat and take an over the counter pain reliever.
