Minors under 7 can't be left in a vehicle for more than 10 minutes. Minors under 14 can not be left unattended for more than 24 hours if not accompanied by sopmebody 14 or more years old. While there is no per-se standard for minors 14 and more years old, prosecution is possible if leaving the minor alone meets neglect.

Latchkey children age 9 and above can be left alone for up to four hours. Children 13 and above are considered responisble enough to not require care for a period of up to 12 hours and can babysit younger siblings. No child under the age of 15 can spend the night alone or care for children outside the immediate family.
