Syringomas are little sweat duct tumours, which are harmless. They can be treated easily. They appear mostly around the eye or generally in the face, and are little dots between 1 mm to 3 mm. They can be removed with laser ablation treatment or scissor excision by a dermatologist. Some use trichloroacetic acid to remove them.

They are innocuous tumors formed in the sweat ducts. Though they are usually found on the eye lids, they can also be seen on armpits, umbilicus, or vulva. They are firm rounded bumps, 1-3 mm in diameter and have a color of your skin or an yellowish tinge.
