The PIN code is linked to your SIM card (the card your mobile operator gave you when you subscribed) and not to your phone. This also means that you can use your SIM card in any phone with the same code. If you're talking about network lock codes, only your operator can give you this code.

If you ask an installer or technicians about your phone they will just pin in the default PIN which are 1234 or 0000. Others pin in 1111 for other mobile phone. Or try to look at the last four digits of your Sim card, sometimes people use it as their PIN.
